Healthy nature cuisine with local and ecological ingredients and products, chosen based on the season. Their origin, production and use are energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
Food intolerances and allergies are taken into account as far as possible.
We would like to emphasise, that we do not specialise in coeliac cuisine.
Our spa area is a haven of peace and relaxation. Our sauna area is textile-free and is accessible for people over 16 years of age.
To confirm a booking, we ask for a confirmation deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay. The confirmation deposit has to be made by bank transfer or online payment by credit card within 5 day from the booking confirmation..
The confirmation-deposit is not cumulative for other stays.
By paying the confirmation deposit, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these information and our cancellation policy automatically.
The balance of the reservation can be paid at the hotel (as payment methods we accept debit cards, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer in advance and cash. We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept Diners Club credit cards and cheques.)
Since the 1st January 2023 and according to law, it is no longer allowed to pay amounts of more than 4.999,99.- € in cash.
WORRY-FREE HOLIDAYS: pay the difference of your stay by bank transfer or online by credit card before your arrival.

Should you have special needs for the invoice issue, we ask you to contact the reception at least one day before check-out.

At your arrival, you can park in front of the main-entrance of the hotel.
After the check-in, we kindly ask you to move your car in one of our outdoor-parking spaces
(or in our garage, if reserved).
Please note that all reservations with and without confirmation deposit require physical verification of the credit card upon check-in.
In order to simplify your check-in, we kindly ask you to fill the Pre-Check-In form.
