Reservation

Your reservation is valid as soon as it has been confirmed by you in writing, by fax or by email and/or confirmed by us in writing and after the receiving of a confirmation-deposit (50% of the total amount) which is not cumulative for other stays.

The reservation of specific rooms and floors can not be guaranteed.

We´ll try to do our best to satisfy your requests.

Healthy nature cuisine with local and ecological ingredients and products, chosen based on the season. Their origin, production and use are energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

Food intolerances and allergies are taken into account as far as possible.
We would like to emphasise, that we do not specialise in coeliac cuisine.

Payment conditions:

Since the 1st January 2023 and according to law, it is no longer allowed to pay amounts of more than 4.999,99.- € in cash.

Methods of payment:

EC debit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and bank transfer in advance. We do NOT accept Diners Club credit cards or checks.

Please check your credit card limit for international payments before checking out.

The bill must be settled upon departure. Transfers must be received and registered in full on the Hotel ChristiAnia SRL bank-account (Sparkasse) at least by the day before your departure.

Should you have special needs for the invoice issue, we ask you to contact the reception at least one day before check-out.

Cancellation Terms Summer

Please inform us in advance if you need to cancel your holiday.

Cancellation conditions pursuant to Article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, we are entitled to charge the total amount of the booked stay.

Cancellation must be received in writing within the aforementioned periods.

  • 0% of the agreed total price will be charged for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the arrival date.
  • 50% of the agreed total price (confirmation deposit)will be charged for cancellations made from 29 to 14 days prior to the arrival date.
  • 60% of the agreed total price less the already paid confirmation deposit will be charged for cancellations made from 13 to 7 days prior to the arrival date.
  • 90% of the agreed total price less the already paid confirmation deposit will be charged from 6 days prior to the arrival date.
  • In the event of no-show (the reservation will be valid only for the first night), late arrival or early departure, we are entitled to charge the total amount of the booked stay (100% of the agreed total price less the already paid confirmation deposit).

The guest or person who made the booking must pay 100% of the agreed total price in the event that a room is not occupied during the agreed period and has not been cancelled.

The agreed price is the price for accommodation, meals and any other services.

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

These cancellation conditions are applicable regardless of whether the cancelled rooms can be fully or partially let to further parties.

The same applies in the case of early departure.


The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated!

Cancellation Terms Winter

The insurance must be stipulated directly by the guest at the time of the booking. With the European Travel Insurance you can also contract the insurance belayed, in this case the shelter starts on day 11 after conclusion.


Insurance in your credit card?
Be careful, in many credit cards a travel insurance is included, but often with excess, turnover dependent, limited on a special amount, for the bearer only. Illness of family members could be excluded. Please make sure that your coverage is sufficient. Therefore please ask your credit card institute.

Arrival / Departure

Arrival:
Our rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
At your arrival, you can park in front of the main-entrance of the hotel.
After the check-in, we kindly ask you to move your car in one of our outdoor-parking spaces
(or in our garage, if reserved).

Please note that all reservations with and without confirmation deposit require physical verification of the credit card upon check-in.

In order to simplify your check-in, we kindly ask you to fill the Pre-Check-In form.
